	This form is being sent due to Ultra wanting to start the strip but have dismantled the crane but as stating in the contract. The crane was meant to be there to help with the dismantling and rectification of the scaffold. due to the crane being stripped now all manual handling will now have to be carried to an area that is able to store and back load this means it will have to be on variation due to the delays of principle contractor.
