@April Fabian questions by the builder: Why is the transport too High? Because FSS will have to send a truck 8 times because the loading bay is being topped up 1 deck at a time. Why is the labour in erection is too high? FSS will have to send 2 guys half a day as a minimal charge 8 times. Why is labour in dismantle is too high? FSS will allowed to manually handle the scaffold down at dismantle stage, 8 men are required. Why is engineering too high? Because Urban wants an engineer's certificate for deck and there are 8 decks.
