Description Details
     price for additional block work scaffold completed at Coles Caringbah. Original I think we only allowed 77LM of block work scaffold as an option price. See below notes from Brownie with regards scaffold & stairs: see Lv 1 mark up. For the Red is the lineal mtr and the Blue is the stairs. All with Hop ups and top deck height was roughly 4-4.5mtr. ▼

@Reabie Pana FSS charged $26,900 for 77 Lm for 5 board straight scaffold in the tender document. Rate/Lm =$26,900/77 = $349.35/LM FSS built 5+2 scaffold in lieu of 5 board straight. FSS built 231 LM of scaffold in lieu of 77 LM. FSS agreed to apply the 5 board straight rate to the 5+2. Therefore, variation price = $349.35/LM x 231 LM = $80,700.00+GST
