Description Details
     Following a site inspection with Eddie, we identified significant scaffold tampering, including the removal of ties and handrails across multiple bays and lifts. This has created a serious safety risk and requires urgent rectification. We request approval for a day labour variation to reinstate and secure the scaffold. Temporary ties have been installed to stabilise the structure; however, permanent rectification is required to allow works to continue safely, particularly in the rooftop and large opening areas. The curved street elevation has also been affected, with several ties and bracing components removed, and requires additional reinstatement works. Please refer to the attached safety audit, which details the defects and required rectification works. ▼
