	scaffold works as per the attached swinging stage marked up plan Stage 1 Nook – Ground to level 1 scaffold with access ladder. The Swinging stage will land on level 1. Stage 2 Hoist Area – Scaffold on level 8. The Swinging stage ( Roof to level 8) will stop on level 8 ( approx 2-3m high) . There will need to be access ladder on level 8 to get to the swinging stage. The scaffold will need to be rated to support the swinging stage and for workers to work on the scaffold below from levels 1 to 8. 	Component 1:Swinging stage parking bay. 10 KPa scaffold with a ladder access. 	Component 2.1 : In contract allowances, FSS allowed to infill the hoist area after hoist removal with standard medium duty scaffold. As per the hoist specs, the hoist is 4.8 mL. Therefore, FSS allowed to rebuild 2 medium duty scaffold bays to hoist area after hoist removal. Omaya advised FSS that the top deck of the scaffold that would infill the hoist is to be load rated to act as parking bay for the swing stage. Therefore, extra reinforcement is to be added to the 2 bays that were allowed in the contract to infill the hoist area. The extra to over cost to reinforce the 2 bays are as follow (Please note that the swings stage is marked up to be 9.6 mL which means that FSS will have to charge for another 2 additional load rated bays.
