     CREDIT: As per the attached quote, the total contractual scaffold area = 3,573.90 m2. As per the attached breakdown, the contractual value of the scaffold area = $317,202.66+GST. Rate/m2 = $88.76/m2 (rate includes roof railing). As per the attached photo provided by Ra, the credited scaffold area = 19.2 mL x 6mH = 115.20 m2. Therefore, credit to builder = 115.20 m2 x $88.76/m2 = $10,225.15+GST. ▼
