Description Details
     additional cost to install a 3-board hop-up at roof level, then strip it and reinstate a 2-board hop-up. The 3-board hop-up is required to close the gap ahead of commencing façade works to the upper levels. Please refer to the attached photo for context. This requirement applies to the Chandos Street elevation only. **Please seek a labour estimate from Willie to cover the manual handling for install and dismantle. ▼
