	As per project drawings, the builder (Anthony) has requested a variation for additional works to the East and South elevations. For the East elevation (neighbouring car yard side), please allow for needles and scaffolding. While neighbour authorisation has not been received, the builder has confirmed legal advice supports proceeding. This item is urgent and required ASAP.
