Description Details
     The modification of the scaffolding, where Blade Walls are to be installed, on Building's A, B, C, D & E. The modification includes the strip out of the hop-ups and other related gear, and the provision of edge protection on balconies. After the blade walls are installed by others, and as directed by Growthbuilt, the modification also includes the reinstatement of the scaffolding, ensuring compliant edge protection. The allowance for all labour, materials, accessibility, and transport to allow for these works. Consider the impact on subcontractor’s design and warranty obligations, additional certifications, or coordination with other trades that may be required as a result of this variation and not originally scoped ▼
