Description: Hi Theo/Kemal I have provided a mark up of the job at Asquith and for the remaining blocks B, C, D, E, we have to re price the scaffold to be a 3board plus 2 board hop ups as per my mark up of the highlighted areas on the mark up (first drawing) because the roof, eve and gutter comes out 600mm and on block A the inside standard is clashing with the roof currently. On that note Theo can you attend site and see Robert is regards to this issue on block A and work out who’s going to pay for these alterations needed to allow for the scaffold to work and provide edge protection also we should have aloud for 3 decks on the north and south as per the 2 decks on the mark up. 3 decks would of worked well for the facade work and roof edge protection as well. Can we also price this up as an option for the remaining blocks?? Second thing is in regards to the loading bays It the contract it is only allowed for two loading bays between block C and block E one at 3m high and one at 6m high both 2.4m by 4.8m and would probably service block C and E, but Robert is wanting extra loading bays on either each block or one big loading bay as per my mark up in between blocks A, D and B if possible and if this works for client. Kemal can you get Yousif to price this up please and have it sent to client for them to look over it and approve it Luis Kemal, 1) Please charge the builder $12,800.00+GST for 3+2 in 3+1 in the highlighted areas. Subbie price to amended as per spreadsheet FSS2170.06 2) Please Charge the builder $570.00+GST for 4 hours. Pay the subbie $200.00+GST for the alterations. 3) Charge the builder $8,900.00+GST for 2x2.4x4.8 at 3m high loading bay and pay the subbie $3,145.00+GST. 4) Charge the builder $11,200.00+GST for 2x2.4x4.8 at 6m high loading bay and pay the subbie $3,825.00+GST.
